Latest Epidemic Update of Hebei（Feb. 14th, 2020）

Latest Update by the Health Commission of Hebei Province on Feb. 15^th, 2020: 

Between 0:00 and 24:00, Feb 14^th, 8 new cases of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia (NCP) were confirmed in Hebei Province. Of the newly confirmed cases, 3 are in Tangshan, 2 in Zhangjiakou, 1 in Cangzhou, 1 in Baoding, and 1 in Qinhuangdao. 17 cured and discharged cases were reported on the same day, of which 6 are in Langfang, 3 in Shijiazhuang, 3 in Zhangjiakou, 2 in Cangzhou, 2 in Handan and 1 in Chengde. 8 new suspected cases were reported on the same day, of which 5 are in Tangshan, 2 in Dingzhou and 1 in Cangzhou.

As of 24:00 of Feb. 14^th, 2020, 291 cases have been confirmed in Hebei Province accumulatively, including 3 fatal cases, 20 severe cases, and 86 cured and discharged cases. Of the confirmed cases, 46 are in Cangzhou, 46 in Tangshan, 33 in Zhangjiakou, 32 in Baoding, 31 in Handan, 29 in Langfang, 27 in Shijiazhuang, 22 in Xingtai, 10 in Qinhuangdao, 8 in Hengshui and 7 in Chengde; of the fatal cases, 2 were in Cangzhou and 1 in Xingtai; of the severe cases, 4 are in Tangshan, 3 in Zhangjiakou, 3 in Cangzhou, 2 in Qinhuangdao, 2 in Handan, 1 in Shijiazhuang, 1 in Chengde, 1 in Langfang, 1 in Baoding, 1 in Hengshui and 1 in Xingtai; of the cured and discharged cases, 17 are in Baoding, 14 in Cangzhou, 12 in Langfang, 9 in Handan, 8 in Xingtai, 7 in Shijiazhuang, 7 in Zhangjiakou, 4 in Tangshan, 4 in Hengshui, 2 in Qinhuangdao and 2 in Chengde. There are currently 33 suspected cases in total.

At present, of the traced 10,154 close contacts, 670 have been released on Feb. 14^th and 3,566 are still under isolation and medical observation.
