Latest Epidemic Update of Hebei（Mar. 5th, 2020）

Latest Update by the Health Commission of Hebei Province on Mar. 6th, 2020: 

Between 0:00 and 24:00, Mar. 5th, no confirmed cases of COVID-19 were reported in Hebei Province. 3 cured and discharged cases were reported on the same day, of which 2 were in Tangshan and 1 in Zhangjiakou. No fatal cases and suspected cases were reported. 

As of 24:00 of Mar. 5th, 2020, 318 cases had been confirmed in Hebei Province accumulatively, including 8 cases under treatment in hospitals, 3 severe cases, 304 cured and discharged cases, and 6 fatal cases. Of the confirmed cases, 58 were in Tangshan, 48 in Cangzhou, 41 in Zhangjiakou, 32 in Baoding, 32 in Handan, 30 in Langfang, 29 in Shijiazhuang, 23 in Xingtai, 10 in Qinhuangdao, 8 in Hengshui and 7 in Chengde; of the fatal cases, 3 were in Cangzhou, 1 in Qinhuangdao, 1 in Tangshan and 1 in Xingtai; of the severe cases, 2 were in Tangshan and 1 in Zhangjiakou; of the cured and discharged cases, 54 were in Tangshan, 45 in Cangzhou, 38 in Zhangjiakou, 32 in Baoding, 31 in Handan, 30 in Langfang, 28 in Shijiazhuang, 22 in Xingtai, 9 in Qinhuangdao, 8 in Hengshui and 7 in Chengde. There are currently no suspected cases.

At present, of the traced 10,933 close contacts, 14 were released on Mar. 5th and 381 are still under isolation and medical observation.
