Latest Epidemic Update of Hebei（April 3rd, 2020）

Latest update by the Health Commission of Hebei Province on April 4^th, 2020:

Between 0:00 and 24:00, April 3^rd, no confirmed cases, fatal cases, or suspected cases of COVID-19 were reported in Hebei Province.

No cured and discharged cases were reported and no close contacts were released from isolation and medical observation on the same day.

1 imported asymptomatic infection was added, no one developed into confirmed case and no one was released from isolation on the same day. There are 11 asymptomatic infections under medical observation (10 are imported).

As of 24:00 of April 3^rd, there were 10 confirmed cases (including 8 imported confirmed cases) in Hebei Province. In all, 310 cured and discharged cases, 6 fatal cases, 318 local confirmed cases and 8 imported cases (including 1 severe case) had been reported. There are currently no suspected cases. Of the traced 11,206 close contacts, 272 are still under isolation and medical observation.

Of the local confirmed cases, 58 were in Tangshan, 48 in Cangzhou, 41 in Zhangjiakou, 32 in Baoding, 32 in Handan, 30 in Langfang, 29 in Shijiazhuang, 23 in Xingtai, 10 in Qinhuangdao, 8 in Hengshui and 7 in Chengde; of the fatal cases, 3 were in Cangzhou, 1 in Qinhuangdao, 1 in Tangshan and 1 in Xingtai; of the cured and discharged cases, 55 were in Tangshan, 45 in Cangzhou, 41 in Zhangjiakou, 32 in Baoding, 32 in Handan, 30 in Langfang, 29 in Shijiazhuang, 22 in Xingtai, 9 in Qinhuangdao, 8 in Hengshui and 7 in Chengde.

For 36 consecutive days, no local confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been reported in Hebei Province.
