Latest Epidemic Update of Hebei（April 6th, 2020）

Latest update by the Health Commission of Hebei Province on April 7th, 2020:

Between 0:00 and 24:00, April 6th, no confirmed cases, fatal cases or suspected cases of COVID-19 were reported in Hebei Province.

Between 0:00 and 24:00, April 6th, no asymptomatic patients with COVID-19 infection were reported in Hebei Province. There are 9 asymptomatic patients with COVID-19 infection under medical observation (7 are imported).

As of 24:00 of April 6th, there were 9 confirmed cases (all imported) in Hebei Province. 2 were cured and discharged on the day. In all, 312 cured and discharged cases, 6 fatal cases, 318 local confirmed cases and 9 imported cases (including 1 severe case) had been reported. There are currently no suspected cases. Of the traced 11,210 close contacts, 272 are still under isolation and medical observation and 2 were released on the same day.

Of the local confirmed cases, 58 were in Tangshan, 48 in Cangzhou, 41 in Zhangjiakou, 32 in Baoding, 32 in Handan, 30 in Langfang, 29 in Shijiazhuang, 23 in Xingtai, 10 in Qinhuangdao, 8 in Hengshui and 7 in Chengde; of the fatal cases, 3 were in Cangzhou, 1 in Qinhuangdao, 1 in Tangshan and 1 in Xingtai; of the cured and discharged cases, 55 were in Tangshan, 45 in Cangzhou, 41 in Zhangjiakou, 32 in Baoding, 32 in Handan, 30 in Langfang, 29 in Shijiazhuang, 22 in Xingtai, 9 in Qinhuangdao, 8 in Hengshui and 7 in Chengde. 

For 39 consecutive days, no local confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been reported in Hebei Province.
