February 9 (Reporter with Hebei Daily: Xue Huijuan) On the night of February 9, Hebei’s fifth batch of medical professionals assisting Hubei’s antivirus efforts gathered in Zhengding International Airport of Shijiazhuang, and took two chartered flights of Hebei Airlines at 22:00 and 22:20 respectively heading to Wuhan.
There were a total of 305 of them, including 100 clinical physicians and 200 nurseries, coming from hospitals in Shijiazhuang, Baoding and Chengde and The Third Affiliated Hospital to Hebei Medical University. It’s learnt that, after arriving in Wuhan, they will go to serve at cabin hospitals.
So far Hebei has sent 608 medical professionals and support staff to Hubei at this critical moment of infection prevention and control.
