To ensure the supply of infection prevention and control materials, Hebei has rolled out special policies for manufacturers of such materials to support their resumed production. For example, the government puts 57 manufacturers of medical supplies on the positive list for environmental regulation, exempting them from production suspension or limitation; vehicles used to transport medical supplies are exempt from screening and traffic control; for relevant projects, e-government services are delivered to minimize impact on their progress. Our reporter has learnt from field visits that many medical supplies manufacturers in Hebei are overcoming all sorts of difficulties and going at full steam to speed up production regardless of the cost.
