To increase the success rate of treatment as much as possible, the Hebei Medical Treatment Team in Response to the COVID-19 Epidemic has set up a teleconsultation platform and organized experts to conduct daily group consultation on difficult, complicated, critical and severe cases via it. For cases with comorbidity or complications, experts will be sent to give on-site guidance.
In addition, to better control the epidemic, Hebei has designated one provincial-level coronavirus hospital, 13 municipal-level coronavirus hospitals, 13 hospitals for severe cases and 20 backup hospitals, and assigned 501 doctors and 818 nurses from tertiary hospitals across the province to the wards in these designated hospitals, providing and guiding clinical treatment.
