(Reporter: Zhang Shuhui) It’s learnt from Hebei Provincial Health Commission that as of 15:00 February 23, a total of 19 patients who had recovered from COVID-19 in Hebei had donated 3,800ml of plasma, 600ml of which had been used for the clinical treatment of severe and critical cases of the epidemic.
