A Letter to International Passengers Arriving in Beijing and Heading for Hebei

Dear passengers, 

Welcome to Hebei. 

To stop the cross-border spread of COVID-19, we will conduct test, quarantine and other prevention and control measures on all international arrivals. We will appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this unusual period for the sake of your own health and safety and those of your beloved and the public. 

1. After arriving at Beijing Capital International Airport, please follow the instructions of the airport staff, have your temperature checked, go through necessary quarantine procedures and then take the shuttle bus to New China International Exhibition Center in Shunyi District. 

2. After arriving at New China International Exhibition Center, please truthfully fill in the passenger information sheet, and then get onboard the vehicle arranged by your destination city in Hebei which will ferry you to your destination. Please keep your mask on during the whole journey. 

3. After arriving at your destination, please strictly follow epidemic control policies and cooperate with the local government. 

4. Anyone who refuses to cooperate, or intentionally conceals or lies about his/her travel history, contact history or health status, and thus threatens public security by spreading the virus will be held criminally liable.
