The Foreign Affairs Office of Heilongjiang Provincial People’s Government has recently issued a notice to extend the closure of the Suifenhe-Pogranichny border crossing after April 13 and advised Chinese nationals in Russia not to go to Binhai border area for entry from the Suifenhe port until it is reopened.
