Hebei has decided to, from April 30, 2020, lower the province’s intensity of response to the COVID-19 outbreak from the top level to the second level. The decision is made according to governing laws and regulations, Hebei Province Public Health Emergency Response Plan, and in light of the current coronavirus prevention and control situation across the province.
After the adjustment, government authorities at all levels across the province shall strictly follow the Measures on Routine Prevention and Control Measures against COVID-19 issued by the provincial Party committee and government, implement routine prevention and control measures in a rigorous, solid, meticulous manner, prevent the import and domestic rebound of cases in light of the circumstances, and advance coronavirus response and socioeconomic development in a holistic way.
